Assessment Framework

At Kaushalya World School, assessment is an integral part of the learning process. Our evaluation system is designed in accordance with the National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and CBSE guidelines, focusing on the holistic development of every learner. We believe that assessment should not only measure academic achievement but also encourage critical thinking, creativity, life skills, and personal growth.

Pre-Primary Assessment (Nursery to UKG)
In the Pre-Primary years, assessment is based on continuous observation and experiential learning. Children are engaged in age-appropriate activities, games, hands-on experiences, and interactive sessions that help teachers understand their developmental progress.

Assessment focuses on:
1. Cognitive and language development
2. Social and emotional growth
3. Physical and motor skills
4. Creativity and self-expression
5. Communication and participation

Teachers maintain observation records and portfolios to track each child’s growth, while regular interactions with parents ensure a collaborative approach to development.
