Admission Process


Admission Guidelines
1. Parents who have registered their child for admission will be informed about the date and time of the interaction/admission assessment through telephone, SMS, email, or the school portal.
2. The duration of the admission assessment, wherever applicable, will be approximately two hours.
3. Admissions are granted strictly on the basis of merit, seat availability, age eligibility, and fulfillment of all admission requirements.
4. The age of the child must conform to the norms prescribed by the State Government, CBSE, and other competent authorities from time to time.
5. The school follows all admission procedures in accordance with the guidelines issued by the CBSE, the Directorate of Education, and other statutory bodies.
6. Parents of selected candidates will be informed through email, telephone, SMS, or the school website and will be required to complete the admission formalities within the stipulated time.
7. Admission formalities may be completed on all working days between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
8. The list of selected candidates may be displayed on the school website and/or communicated directly to parents.
9. Parents are required to fill in the Admission Form carefully and submit all required documents along with the prescribed fee for completion of the admission process.
10. Submission of an application or appearance in the admission process does not automatically guarantee admission.
11. The school reserves the right to accept or decline admission in accordance with its admission policy and applicable regulations.
12. Any discrepancy in the information or documents submitted may result in cancellation of admission.

Essential Documents to be Submitted at the Time of Admission
1. Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority.
2. Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (Class II onwards, wherever applicable).
3. Medical Fitness Certificate and Blood Group Report.
4. Caste Certificate (if applicable).
5. Report Card/Progress Report of the previous school.
6. Photocopy of the Aadhaar Card of the student, mother, and father.
7. PEN (Permanent Education Number) of the student, wherever applicable.
8. APAAR ID (Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry) of the student, wherever available/applicable.
9. Two recent passport-size photographs each of the student, mother, and father.
10. PAN Card of either parent/guardian.
11. Valid Address Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Utility Bill, etc.).
12. Proof of residence, if required by the applicable government regulations.
13. Any additional document as prescribed by CBSE, the State Government, or other competent authorities from time to time.
